You are the scu$tor who chisels the inner shape of a child. You are the facilitator to provide ample avenues to students to flourish. Every child has talent within and has tonnes and tonnes of energy which need to be channelized. Don't judge the co-scholastic aspect of a child on the basis of his/her scholastic performance. Education is not just a process of imparting knowledge for a future job but a perennial process which develops an understanding of moral and ethical values.The task of teaching them how to read & write and to count & calculate is important but you should always bear in mind that we are not dealing with machines or making machines rather they are human child and we are responsible to carye out Man out of them. Shift focus from need for learning to love for learning and above all enjoy the responsibility.
